Jo Leaton is a 26 year old mother of two, and she’s taking on off-grid life with a vision to raise her family away from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. This blog is where she documents her family’s unique way of life as they attempt to build a multigenerational homestead from scratch on their communal land.
Our Story
Cody and Jo Leaton live on family land in an off-grid yurt in the Cascade foothills of the PNW. They have two young kids, two big dogs, and dreams of becoming full-time homesteaders.
