Mar 13– Planted two square feet of Albino (Baker Creek 2023). I planted a three by three grid with a two by two grid to fill the middle. This may be too many per square foot, but last year, they grew well in clusters and I don’t plan to let them get too big before harvesting.

Mar 28- The beets have all sprouted.

Apr 1- Planted one square foot of heirloom blend beets (2024).
